PUSSY YOGA IMMERSION PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE

Modules of the Training
The program includes nine pre-recorded classes (1 hour each), supported by over 10 hours of short daily practice videos. Participants also receive nine live Q&A sessions (each 1 hour, also available as recordings), plus access to an optional sisterhood program for deeper connection and integration.
Additional workshops and bonus materials may be included as advertised on the website at the time of enrollment.
In-Between the Modules Online
Participants are guided through home study and receive ongoing support from the Training Team within the Pussy Yoga Immersion Community.
After the Program
- Participants receive lifetime access to all Immersion flows and shorts.
- Replays of the live Q&A sessions are available until March 31st of the following year.
- Participants who complete the program and take part in our quality study (by answering a short set of questions before and after the training) will receive a certificate of participation.
- Graduates qualify to apply for the Pussy Yoga Facilitator and Practitioner Certification Program.
Quality Guarantee
The training is led by Coco Berlin or a certified Pussy Yoga Facilitator, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
Contract
By registering, participants enter into a binding agreement with Coco Berlin and agree to these Pussy Yoga Immersion Program Terms of Service.
Withdrawal and Cancellation
Withdrawal from the contract is generally not permitted.
Training Conduction
Coco Berlin reserves the right to cancel the training at short notice. In such cases, the full or remaining course fee will be refunded.
If the training leader is unable to conduct the training (e.g. due to illness), a suitable substitute may be appointed. A change in training personnel does not entitle participants to cancel or transfer their booking.
Disclaimer
All expenses and risks associated with participation in the training are the sole responsibility of the participant. Coco Berlin assumes no liability for any costs incurred in connection with the training.
The Pussy Yoga Immersion Program is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental wellbeing. By enrolling in the program, participants confirm they are in suitable health to take part and agree to participate at their own risk.
Coco Berlin and her team disclaim any liability for injuries, emotional distress, or other adverse effects that may result from participation in the program or use of its materials.
Access to the Immersion flows and shorts is provided for the lifetime of the program, meaning for as long as the program remains available online. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the program at any time.

All course materials remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.
Participants agree not to violate copyright laws or distribute, copy, or share course materials with third parties.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Spanish law. The place of jurisdiction is Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
