MODULE 1 — EMBODIED ANATOMY
Learn to truly embody your anatomy. We will map and experience your pelvic floor muscles and fascia in your own body. You will understand how your pelvic floor works in your daily life and how you can use that knowledge for effortless training.
MODULE 2 — EMOTIONAL CONNECTION
Experience and understand how your pelvic floor affects your emotions and vice versa. You will discover how your body stores emotions in your tissue and the gentle way to release them, so you can free yourself on all levels of your being.
MODULE 3 — HEALING RELAXATION
You experience the soothing and empowering effect of deep release and full muscle relaxation. This helps your pelvic floor and your nervous system to heal profoundly. Enjoy deep body-based healing beyond words.
MODULE 4 — LIFTING FROM WITHIN
You learn to lift your pelvic floor by creating hypopressure in your abdominal cavity. This powerful technique lifts the organs effortlessly and aligns them to a natural position.
MODULE 5 — EVERY BREATH YOU TAKE
Learn the best ways to breathe, to energize yourself and lift your pelvic floor in your every day life, to relax your nervous system and train your pelvic floor with every breath you take. These techniques are natural, but unfortunately seem counterintuitive to most women in today's cluttered world.
MODULE 6 — ALIGNING FROM WITHIN
You may know that modern pelvic floor training is critical of the Kegel, and in fact, it's easy to harm yourself with Kegels when performed incorrectly or exclusively. You learn the Pussy Yoga Kegel, which uses the whole body up to your tongue. This creates an upward motion to lengthen and align your vagina and your body.Â
MODULE 7 — DANCING THE PELVIC FLOOR
Master the best dance moves to make your pelvic floor exercises effective and fun. Training with upbeat or sensuous music will invigorate you and open you up for joy and ecstasy. These moves will change the way you walk and move through life. Everything becomes effortless and elegant.
MODULE 8 — PUSSY POWER YOUR CAREER
