Hi love! My name is Coco Berlin and I founded ESSENCE OF BELLYDANCE TEACHER TRAINING™ in 2013 to help women feel empowered in their bodies and in their careers.
I'm a certified pelvic floor expert and author of the bestselling books Pussy Yoga and Body Love. I also founded the Pelvic Floor Integration™ method and Sensuous Dance Workout™, and believe every woman can step into her power with confidence and ease.
My work in-studio and online has touched more than seven million women worldwide, and my method has been taught by women in 26 countries, making me a regular guest on German national TV and features in The Guardian, Cosmopolitan, and BBC.
